This work is a one on one or small group process experience.

A somatic re-education & deep dive, connecting with the psyche/conciousness alive in the body. We work with personal and collective themes to unravel beliefs, issues & blocks that are present. Using the creative process through various mediums we can express and transmute these densities/limitations and reclaim these parts of ourselves, integrating our power back into our being. We then allow a new more authentic expression of our true selves to emerge.
